Moon Landing Coloring Page
An astronaut planting a flag on the moon next to a lunar lander. From the collection Space Coloring Pages for Kids.
Print at 100% on plain white paper. Free for personal and classroom use under our terms.
How to color it
Start with the biggest area, the moon landing itself, and use bold primary colors: red, blue and yellow, with gray for metal parts. Fill it before moving on to the smaller parts.
This is a kids page with a 3pt outline and a complete scene, but no area is smaller than a crayon tip. Colored pencils, fine markers and crayons all work.
Pick a color scheme before starting, and try shading: press lightly for the background and harder for the main subject so it stands out.
