How to color it
Start with the biggest area, the kid with telescope itself, and use a bright yellow. Fill it before moving on to the smaller parts.
This is a kids page with a 3pt outline and a complete scene, but no area is smaller than a crayon tip. Colored pencils, fine markers and crayons all work.
Pick a color scheme before starting, and try shading: press lightly for the background and harder for the main subject so it stands out.
